Kaspar is from Dundaga, Latvia. He did his DTS in 2001-2002 at Valdemarpils, Latvia and joined YWAM Valdemarpils staff at 2003. He was staffing DTS, helping practically and led maintenance team next 5 years. God called him to become physiotherapist during his outreach in Uganda’s remote island at summer 2005. At 2006 he became part-time student in Latvian Academy of Sport Education and graduated it at 2011. He joined YWAM Riga at 2008 and with his wife Evelyn pioneered Wings for Wheels – ministry for people with physical disabilities. Because of his physiotherapy skills he has been able to reach people who have been forgotten by Latvian society..
